“Downtown Family Clinic—formerly known as Dr. Haire’s Family Practice—has proudly served our community for decades,” Gullick shared. “Dr. Haire dedicated over 30 years to caring for patients, including 12 years right here at this location.”
Gullick’s connection to the clinic is deeply personal and professional. “I had the privilege of working alongside him beginning in 2017, and when he retired in 2024, I was honored to continue his legacy by taking over the practice.”
That transition ensured continuity of care for generations of families who have long relied on this location for their healthcare needs.

The clinic offers care for both everyday and long-term health needs, including chronic condition management, treatment for acute illnesses, minor surgical procedures, women’s health services, hormone replacement therapy, and physical exams for employment, sports, and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
Patients also benefit from on-site diagnostic services such as X-rays, lab testing, EKGs, breath alcohol testing, and urine drug screenings for both DOT and non-DOT needs.
